CME Information TARGET AUDIENCE This activity is targeted to any clinician with interest in education on migraine, including primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, emergency room physicians, and pediatricians. METHOD OF PARTICIPATION To receive credit for this activity, the participant must read the CME information (including learning objectives and disclosures) and participate in the entire activity (all 4 modules). Upon finishing the activity, the participant will need to complete the session post-test, evaluation, and all required personal information. To receive CME certificate, participant will need to pass the post-test with 75% accuracy or better. If participant receives less than 75%, participant should review the activity and take the test again. After successful completion of the activity, participant will receive a framed copy of their CME certificate in the mail within 10-14 days, as well as an emailed copy of their certificate to submit to their appropriate licensing boards. ACCREDITATION/DESIGNATION STATEMENTS This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of Primary Care Network (PCN) and the National Headache Foundation. Primary Care Network is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. Nurse Practitioners/Nurses The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB) and American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) accept AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ from organizations accredited by the ACCME.
